Cancel your booking at least 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled time for a full refund with no penalties.
Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the booking incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking are non-refundable. Full payment is forfeited.
Failure to show up without canceling results in full payment forfeiture plus potential account penalties.
