Key Principle: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund with no penalties. Last-minute cancellations impact our companions' schedules and income, so we apply graduated fees based on timing.

Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the booking incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • 50% of booking cost refunded

  • Companion receives partial compensation

Less than 24 Hours

No Refund100% Fee

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking are non-refundable. Full payment is forfeited.

  • Full payment retained
  • Companion receives full compensation
  • May affect your cancellation rating

No-Show

No Refund + PenaltyAdditional Fee

Failure to show up without canceling results in full payment forfeiture plus potential account penalties.

  • No refund issued
  • Full payment forfeited
  • R500 no-show penalty may apply
  • Account may be temporarily suspended
  • Impacts your reliability rating

How to Cancel a Booking

Follow these simple steps

Go to Your Bookings

Log into your account and navigate to 'My Bookings' section to view all active reservations.

Select the Booking

Click on the booking you wish to cancel. You'll see all booking details and the cancellation button.

Click Cancel Booking

Press the 'Cancel Booking' button. You'll see the refund amount based on the cancellation timeframe.

Confirm Cancellation

Review the cancellation details, including any fees, and confirm your decision to cancel.

Receive Confirmation

You'll receive an email confirmation with cancellation details and expected refund timeframe.

Special Situations

Exceptional circumstances that may affect cancellation terms

Emergency Cancellations

Medical emergencies, family crises, or natural disasters may qualify for full refunds regardless of timing.

Requirements:

  • Contact support immediately
  • Provide documentation (medical certificate, police report, etc.)
  • Submit within 24 hours of incident
  • Each case reviewed individually
